The Nucco Brain team created a content series for Habito, ranging from infographics and social assets to bite-sized videos and gifs. We set out to make the complicated topic of mortgages clear, accessible and jargon-free.
The client approached us to design both seasonal and evergreen assets that would have an instant and highly shareable appeal. The team developed a style that was both visually engaging and consistent with brand guidelines, beginning with infographic visual assets that were then applied across all formats.
Our art directors attached a different persona to each theme, each of which was aimed at specific consumer types. For those who prefer short, snackable content, we created simple and immediately appealing videos. For the deep-divers, we created more long-form and informative content.
We used an illustrative and straightforward style for the infographics: a mixture of literal and conceptual elements that served to communicate Habito’s message in a narratively- driven and digestible way. We placed the human aspect front-and-centre for identifiability.
Our video content, although similar in tone, took a step away from characterisation, using the metaphor of disassembled objects to talk about property valuation. It was far more comparative and analytical, designed to appeal to a different audience.
This project allowed us to flex our creative muscles, as we had to communicate what could be considered dry subject matter in an engaging way, within tight branding constraints.
